Are multiple items dispatched at the same time?
In the majority of cases, yes. However, as some larger items and furniture are stored elsewhere, they will turn up separately and may have longer delivery times. We will send items that are out of stock at the time you order as soon as they are available, with no extra charge.
We'll send emails confirming your order and updating you on its progress. We' ll send you a back order email notifying you if any items cannot be dispatched on the same day.
