Where is my delivery?


We're sorry if an order hasn't arrived when you expected it.

If you are registered, you can check the progress of your order in My Account. You can also track your orders via the Order Confirmation and Order Update emails.

Remember that you need to order before 5:30pm to get delivery on the next working day. For orders placed after 5:30pm on any week day, on 'Next Working Day' products - your email order confirmation will still state 'Next Working Day' but your order will not be processed until the next working day, meaning your order will not be delivered until the following working day. This means that if you order after 5:30pm on a Friday, your order won't get processed and shipped until Monday and delivered to you until Tuesday.

If your delivery has arrived but with one or two items missing, it might be for one of the following reasons:

  1. It might be arriving separately from the rest of your order (such as large/heavy items or furniture). So please be patient.
  2. The item might be out of stock in which case you should have received a backorder email detailing the expected delivery date.
  3. A few items have longer delivery times. Estimated delivery times are indicated for every product on the website.
