When will I receive my goods?


If you are registered, you can track your orders in My Account. Click on any order for full details and its progress. You'll also find links to tracking information in the Order Confirmation email, which we send to you shortly after you place your order, and the Order Update email, which we send when your order (or part of it) has been shipped.

For the majority of our products, we strive to get them to you on the next working day, as long as you order before 5:30pm.

For reasons outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.) we can't guarantee next day delivery, but we have a next day delivery success rate of over 98%. Some products do however take slightly longer - especially heavier items of furniture. The estimated delivery time is always indicated next to the product on the website as indicated below.

 

Stock Level

 

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm. We can't be more specific than this because we don't know in advance what other deliveries our couriers will need to make and what routes they will take.

If your order is urgent, you can take advantage of our premium delivery service where we try to deliver your order before 12 noon (again this isn't guaranteed but every effort is taken). This costs £12.95 for orders under £50 and £7.95 for orders of £50 and over (ex. VAT).

We estimate 'Special Order' items to be between 4-21 working days. A more accurate date is confirmed by email following order confirmation.
