Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance relies almost entirely upon donations to keep the service going

Before 2013, people would often tell them how glad they were that they were there when they were needed

But it was apparent to them that, in fact, they weren’t always there, as they did not have the capacity to fly in hours of darkness

This all changed when, following a period of careful monitoring of emergency calls after sunset, they commenced night flying in September 2013

Since then, it’s clear that they have made a significant difference to the lives and long-term outcomes of those they have treated during these hours to date

Not only are they now here whenever needed, but they can also administer blood transfusions and plasma as well as anaesthetising, controlling haemorrhage and performing chest surgery whenever necessary

Our delivery service covers the entire UK. This includes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and all Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don’t deliver outside the UK - yet!

* With large items like furniture, notice boards and safes sometimes we have to charge more for delivery but only when delivering in hard to reach areas - this is due to increased courier costs.

When can I expect delivery?

Most items that are in-stock and ordered before 5:30pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.

We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 5:30pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.

Furniture, large items and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery timescales are shown clearly on the products and in the checkout.

You can track your order when it is out for delivery or has been safely delivered using My Account.
