Address Books
First of all there are 2 types of address book.
The first kind is a normal address book, and secondly there is a name and address book (NAB for short).
These address books are used to store ‘contacts’. A contact entry will usually comprise of standard fields such as; first name, last name, title, occupation, email address, telephone number or mobile phone number. The most popular method of storing these contacts is alphabetical however in paper based address books, the entries can easily get muddled up as the owner inserts details or more people or amending existing address’s when people move. Generally most address books use small ring binders that allow the owner to add, remove, and shuffle pages.
