Contract Formation
No contract shall subsist between you and Paperstone for the sale by it to you
of any product unless and until Paperstone accepts your order by sending you a
VAT invoice. Paperstone specialises in selling to business consumers and
reserves the right to refuse orders it deems to be of large quantity. Your
order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an
acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be
deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the
time Paperstone sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the
customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
Pricing
"RRP" - any "RRP" used on this Site represents the
manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the
prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
Paperstone shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at
our discretion decide to honour any incorrect price and send the item in order
not to cause you inconvenience.
Delivery
We will deliver your order within normal working hours within 1 business day
from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 4.30pm. If your order
is received after 4.30pm, we will deliver the order within normal working hours
within 2 business days.
