Office workers are skeptical of team-building activities such as paintballing and extreme sports, while going out for a drink or meal is seen as more beneficial to a dysfunctional work environment.

That’s according to a recent YouGov poll of 1,000 workers commissioned by Vodafone.

While the survey found that two-thirds had experienced a team-building exercise such as falling backwards into the arms of colleagues, 54 percent did not think that doing more activities would improve their working relationships
