Sine of the Times
Yong Ju Lee and Brian Brush are New York-based artists who describe themselves as “digital architects [who] bridge the digital/environmental divide with work that
delivers low-latency physical results: real projects that are virtually indistinguishable from their digital visions.” Their structures resemble regular patterns
found in nature, technology and pure maths, like this sine wave comprised of chairs called Seat.
The structure is assembled from 400 wooden chairs and presently sits in Freedom Park in Atlanta.
