Wanted! Your valued opinion

Last week, we at Paperstone launched an online survey to gather customers’ opinions about our website. The survey includes questions on satisfaction with the website, general usability, ratings of particular aspects of the site and fairly standard profiling and demographic information. We intend to feed the results into a rethink of our site.

This is the first time Paperstone has conducted any quantitative research.

If you, Dear Reader, have a moment to spare and would like to share with us your own opinions of using the site, we’d be extremely grateful if you took a few minutes to complete the survey. Because about half the questions deal with your experience of using the site on the day, the questions should be answered AFTER your browsing / shopping session. (But don’t feel obliged to have a browse if you weren’t intending to anyway!) If our own tests among ourselves and friends are any indication, it takes between five and ten minutes to finish.

To those who need a bit of extra encouragement, we’re entering those who want to into a prize draw as an incentive. Top prize is a lovely iPod touch (16BG), second an 8GB iPod nano, and three more runners-up get £25 credit each to spend at Paperstone. The draw is scheduled for the end of September.

By the way, our original picture link to the survey had the words “Free iPod touch” emblazoned on it which was rather misleading. This has now been changed. Apologies for this miscommunication.
