Laminators ‘getting high usage at press’

By Paperstone on January 15, 2008 in Laminators

Canadian laminating house Grovetree Press has reported that one of its laminators is receiving very frequent use, it has emerged.

At the end of December 2007, nearly one million sheets had been laminated on the Autobond Mini 105 TPHS office equipment, Graphic Repro On-Line reports.

This figure was reached in just three months, after the office equipment started production in October.

Grovetree Press president Ron Heggie said that because it has other Autobond laminators in use at other firms within its parent group, it was easy to get advice before purchasing new office machines.

He also said that a Swedish laminating house that is one of the main contacts of the business provided "a glowing report" on the range of laminators.

"We have won several big orders because of the Autobond laminator’s format and output speed," commented Mr Heggie, adding that the office equipment has had a "significant" effect on the company’s productivity.

It has enabled the firm to complete some jobs in-house that previously were split between different trade houses, he added.

Autobond makes a range of different laminators and office machines.

At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
