"Sleek" range of Canon office products launched
27/02/2008 16:48
A new range of office machines from global manufacturer Canon is "sleek" and "quirky", according to an industry expert.
PC Advisor's Melissa Riofrio has suggested the new Canon Pixma MP470 range of office products are easy to use and can print, scan and copy documents at a high speed.
Aimed at the budget end of the market, the office machines do have faults but, according to Ms Riofrio, they are hidden behind a very well designed piece of office equipment.
Ms Riofrio commented: "The Canon Pixma MP470's sleek, black-and-silver cabinet exhibits an attention to external design that fails to extend to all of the components contained within.
"The input and output trays, which unfold for use, rattle a lot and bend easily. Shallow slots leading toward the cartridge bays do nothing to help you position a new cartridge correctly for insertion."
Earlier this month, Canon launched its new imageRUNNER C2550 office machines, which offer high quality, fast prints for companies which do not have much office space available to them.
The device supports an optional internal finisher that can corner or double-staple multi-page documents while it can also print at speeds of up to 23 pages per minute.
At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
