New wireless-enabled office machines launched
08/02/2008 15:06
A major office machines manufacturer has launched a new office product designed to print, scan and share files over a wired or wireless network, from anywhere in the office or home.
The Epson Stylus CX9475Fax office machine uses inkjet cartridges to produce high quality images for a number of professional reasons.
Using MicrosoftWindows-based technology, the office machines can link up to a number of different office products - whether made by Epson or not.
The integrated printer and printer server installation applications allow for a "flawless" set up of an Ethernet connection within multi-user settings, the office equipment company has claimed.
Craig Allen, Epson product manager, said: "Many people shy away from integrating networked solutions into their home or office environments because the configuration process can be complicated and overwhelming.
"With the Stylus CX9475Fax, Epson delivers a solution that not only provides a range of printing and scanning capabilities, but also enables consumers to print via a wireless or Ethernet network in minutes."
Last year, Epson launched a new range of projectors, designed to help workers with high quality presentations.
