Office furniture manufacturers to exhibit at show

Several leading Italian office furniture manufacturers will be displaying some of their most recent designs at an upcoming show.

The Office Exhibition 2008, to be held from February 4th to February 6th, will take place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre and will provide plenty of office furniture inspiration to those who attend.

Unifor, Emmegi, Iterby, Uffix, Della Rovere, Calia Italia, Manerba and Sagsa are some of the office furniture, interiors and technology manufacturers who will be exhibiting.

Commenting on the upcoming show, exhibition director Paula Al Chami said that Italy is synonymous with design.

"Enjoying the presence of so many of the most important Italian office-related manufacturers taking part in the exhibition, will especially please the architects, designers and specifiers, but also the design-conscious end-users," she remarked.

Ms Al Chami added that design of office furniture and office equipment is vital to functionality and ergonomics – as well as helping a company form its image and "set it apart from its competitors".

In addition, well-made office furniture could increase productivity and motivation among employees, she said.

The exhibition will also feature a number of speakers as part of the Workplace Freedom Seminars.
