HP solutions ‘will enhance use of printers’

By Paperstone on October 19, 2007 in Office Supplies

Office equipment manufacturer HP has announced a range of new printing solutions which it claims will help users take advantage of enhanced functionality from printers.

As part of its Print 2.0 strategy, the office supplies firm has forged relationships with several major online brands, such as Windows Live Spaces, Flickr and the Graffiti Application for Facebook.

Through these partnerships, users of HPprinters will be able to better control what and how they print from the internet.

"People are frustrated with printing from the web – it’s often wasteful and rarely do the pages print with the information laid out on the page the way you want," said Vyomesh Joshi, executive vice president of the Imaging and Printing Group at HP.

"HP has the technology and the expertise to create a web-printing experience that’s relevant, empowering customers to transform their personal content in new and exciting ways."

At the products launch, HP also announced the introduction of some new office machines.

The Photosmart range of printers has added the HP Photsmart C4385 and C7280 all-in-one devices, while the company also promoted a new range of compact portable printers.

At Paperstone we can supply your firm with a wide selection of office machines.
