HP announces new office machines

Office equipment manufacturer HP has announced that is launching new office machines for the new year.

Targeted at those who use office equipment at home, the HP Photosmart C4388 all-in-one office machines are able to print, scan, copy and print.

The printers come with HP's enhanced colour layering technology, which situates and layers very small ink drops to get high-quality results, the company claims.

In addition, the office machines are equipped with the firm's Smart Web Printing software, which helps consumers save office supplies and printer cartridges by allowing them to print only the content they want from websites.

"We at HP felt it is a good opportunity to offer our consumers with an all-in-one that can capture the special moments of the festive season," commented Ashwini Aggarwal, country business manager of Consumer Imaging & Printing Products in the Imaging & Printing Group at Hewlett Packard India Sales.

He added that the wireless office machines offer "superb convenience" for the "mobile consumer" and that new year is the "ideal time" to buy these office products.

HP manufactures a variety of office supplies, including printers, printer cartridges and other devices.
