Paperstone Score a Hat-trick!
We're making winning awards a bit of a habit. For the third year in a row, Paperstone has won the IDS League Web Dealer of the Year.
The Web Dealer of the Year 2011 is one of the Independent Dealer Success League’s top gongs which recognises growth in ecommerce areas like customer satisfaction, traffic, sales and customer retention.Still swinning against the tide!
Paperstone first won the competition – organised by the office products trade magazine, Dealer Support – in 2009. This prize rewarded our efforts to make the site as user-friendly as possible. The second award in 2010 followed all our hard work to make our visitors' shopping experiences more enjoyable. The 2011 IDS award comes after the introduction of great account features like My Favourites. (If you haven't tried that feature out, you should – you can view and manage all your previous past purchases, plus add your own products).
Paperstone countinues to swim against a gloomy economic tide and we're still growing fast.
The team are triple delighted.
“We're stunned to win a third IDS Web Dealer Award in what has been a challenging and rewarding year,” Max told Dealer Support. “A hat-trick is a proud achievement for the whole team. We're constantly striving to improve our business and connect with customers and the IDS League gives us a benchmark against which to measure ourselves.”
“Our emphases have shifted as new opportunities and constraints have presented themselves. While SEO, site usability and providing a great shopping experience for our web customers remain central to our business model, 2011 has seen a renewed emphasis on improving sales through customer retention and repeat custom.”
This is a fourth winning year. Paperstone won its first award when Max picked up the British Office Supplies & Services (BOSS) Federation's Young Professional of the Year 2008.
